Our tipi have a raised wooden floor with a tarp covering, a fire pit and picnic table outside. Remember when you are staying in a tipi, it is round and air mattresses are square and you won’t be able to sleep as many people if they are all on large air mattresses. It has an inner liner that keeps out most “critters” of all kinds. It does have a hole on top but it is designed in such a way than unless you get a hard driving rain you shouldn’t get much if any moisture inside the tipi, however you should not put anything that you want to get wet in the center of the tipi. All Native Americans knew to sleep around the edges. TP23 is 16′ and can sleep up to 6 very comfortably however it does not have electricity. Rates are based on a family of four. An extra tent on a site will cost $24 extra.
