 All tipi's have a raised wooden floor with a tarp covering, a fire pit and picnic table outside. Remember when you are staying in a tipi they are round and air mattresses are square and you won't be able to sleep as many people if they are all on large air mattresses. They also have an inner liner that keeps out most "critters" of all kinds. They do have a hole on top but they are designed in such a way than unless you get a hard driving rain you shouldn't get much if any moisture inside the tipi, however you should not put anything that you want to get wet in the center of the tipi. All Native Americans knew to sleep around the edges.
